Job Description
Exquisite Solution Limited is seeking an Operations Support professional for a client in the Oil & Gas sector. The role will involve coordination, supervision, and smooth operation of various operational units, with a strong focus on operational efficiency and safety in line with compliance operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage, support, supervise and coordinate the activities of each operation unit, ensuring smooth and effective operations.
- Support the implementation of relevant company policies, procedures, laws, regulations, systems and safety requirements.
- Supervise daily production operations across operation units and provide necessary coordination and operational support.
- Assist in improving the management standards of operation units and support the implementation of standardization requirements.
- Conduct regular safety inspections at operation sites, identify non-conformities, prepare reports and follow up on corrective actions.
- Track and coordinate large-scale operations, special operations and abnormal situations, ensuring timely support and resolution.
- Coordinate with professional and technical personnel to provide the required operational support to each unit.
- Monitor and review the implementation of work unit systems, provide guidance and support system improvement and revision where required.
- Collect, compile and analyse operational data, including key operation times and well interval data, and prepare relevant production and operation reports.
- Maintain accurate operation and safety records, ensuring proper tracking, collection, reporting and filing of required information.
- Prepare, implement and monitor the department’s budget while ensuring effective control of production and operational costs.
- Supervise and guide the development and implementation of skills and training plans for each operation unit.
- Coordinate communication and production activities with service providers and contractors.
- Maintain regular communication with operators to understand operational progress, work plans and requirements, and provide timely coordination and support.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational requirements and promptly escalate any significant operational or safety concerns to management.
- Support the Safety and Operations Department Manager in the effective management and coordination of operation units.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the oilfield.
- Proficiency in spoken Chinese is required.
- Proficiency in written Chinese will be an added advantage.
- Fluent, articulate, smart and confident with good communication skills.
- Experience in leading teams is required.
