Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Officer to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and selecting candidates to onboarding and integrating new hires into the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and select high-quality candidates for open positions
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit
  • Make job offers and negotiate salary and benefits
  • Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the organization
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve future recruitment efforts
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the hiring manager

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proven track record of successfully managing recruitment processes and meeting business objectives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other recruitment software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to changing priorities
