We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Executive to join our team in Kampala, Uganda. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion in the region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Develop and maintain sales reports and metrics

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of sales success and achievement of targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software
