Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Qualifications
- Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or equivalent certification.
- Strong knowledge of the insurance industry and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to travel frequently within the region.
