Position: Sales Account Executive

Reports To: Sales Operations Manager

Salary: 50,000 to 60,000 KES per month

Position Summary:

The Sales Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth through new business acquisition, developing strategic customer relationships, managing client accounts, achieving sales targets and ensuring exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new customers.
• Generate qualified sales opportunities.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Achieve revenue targets.
• Build & maintain customer relationships.
• Cross‑sell and upsell ICT solutions.
• Monitor market trends.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to ensure customer satisfaction & retention.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, forecasts and reports.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, BIT or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in B2B IT Sales.
• Experience selling enterprise IT solutions is an added advantage.
