Job Description
- Promoting and selling Lumina Solar's range of solar energy products, including lithium batteries, solar panels, hybrid inverters, power stations, and complete solar systems.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to grow the company's customer base.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understanding customer energy requirements and recommending suitable solar solutions.
Preparing quotations, following up on leads, and closing sales.
Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Conducting market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging market trends.
- Representing the company during client visits, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Providing excellent after-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate sales records and submitting regular sales activity reports.
- Collaborating with the technical and operations teams to ensure timely product delivery and installation.
