Job purpose
On behalf of our client SPIRO, we are looking for a competent, skilled, experienced Sales Agentsto work across eastern, western, central and northern regions in Uganda.
The Sales Agent will be responsible for promoting and selling Spiro electric motorcycles to customers within the assigned territory. This is a field-based, target-driven role ideal for a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new customers within assigned territory
- Promote and demonstrate Spiro motorcycles and financing options to potential buyers
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Collect and submit customer documentation accurately and on time
- Provide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Report daily sales activities and market feedback to the supervisor
- Represent Spiro professionally at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (required)
- 0–2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently in the field
- Basic numeracy and ability to handle sales documentation
- Familiarity with the local community and geography is an added advantage
- A valid riding permit or willingness to obtain one is an advantage
