Sales and Marketing Personnel

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Sales and Marketing Personnel to help us connect with new clients and expand our business. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting our services, and closing deals to grow our client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients in the electrical construction sector.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to reach out to new clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Present our service offerings and negotiate contracts effectively.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in construction or electrical services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Understanding of electrical power line construction and related services is a plus.
• Language experts in Chinese and Hindi are a plus as well
