Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales and customer satisfaction
• Achieve sales targets and meet or exceed revenue growth expectations
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 2+ years of sales experience in a similar industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting revenue growth expectations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Ability to travel occasionally
• Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
