Job Title: Senior Manager – Business Support

Reporting to: Managing Director

Division – MD’s Office

Mission/ Core purpose of the Job 

We are looking for a high-caliber strategic thinker to serve as the Business Support to the MD, working at the intersection of strategy, execution, and high-impact communication. This role goes far beyond crafting boardroom presentations. The holder shall be the MD’s right-hand person, ensuring that all high-stakes projects requiring MD visibility are effectively monitored, executed, and followed through to completion.

The job holder will work across multiple business functions, engage with senior stakeholders, and drive mission-critical initiatives that shape the Company's future. Education:

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or any related discipline.
• Relevant post graduate qualification is an advantage.

Experience:

• A minimum of 10 to 15 years’ total experience; with at least 5+ years of experience in a similar role, consulting, strategy, investment banking, business intelligence or corporate executive support.
• Experience in Financial services, Fintech, banking or Telecom is preferred.
• Strong business acumen, deep understanding of corporate strategy, financial services, and market dynamics.
• Advanced PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization skills, you can turn raw data into compelling, executive-ready insights.
