Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist

The Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist will provide technical leadership and support to the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) team in the development and implementation of the Country Office’s M&E systems, frameworks, and tools. The Specialist will work closely with the Country Office’s Programme teams, the Regional M&E team, and other stakeholders to ensure that the M&E systems are aligned with the Country Office’s strategic objectives and are effective in measuring progress towards these objectives. The Specialist will also provide technical support to the Country Office’s Programme teams in the design, implementation, and evaluation of programmes, as well as in the development of programme reports and other documentation.
