Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the teachers in the classroom, preparing and delivering lessons, and providing support to students with special needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in the classroom
• Prepare and deliver lessons
• Provide support to students with special needs
• Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• 2+ years of experience as a teaching assistant
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
