Job Description
- Leading, coaching, and motivating a team of Risk Advisors/Agents to achieve sales targets.
- Driving new business acquisition and premium growth.
- Recruiting, training, and mentoring team members.
- Monitoring team performance and providing regular feedback.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Insurance, Finance, Economics, Commerce, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coaching abilities.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive team performance.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in sales, insurance, banking, financial services, or business development.
- Previous experience leading or supervising a sales team is an added advantage.
- Gross Salary: UGX 2,000,000 per month, plus performance-based incentives (where applicable).
