Reports To: Unit Manager

About the Role
The Team Leader will be responsible for:
  • Leading, coaching, and motivating a team of Risk Advisors/Agents to achieve sales targets.
  • Driving new business acquisition and premium growth.
  • Recruiting, training, and mentoring team members.
  • Monitoring team performance and providing regular feedback.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Who Should Apply?

Qualifications
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Insurance, Finance, Economics, Commerce, or a related field.

Skills & Competencies
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and coaching abilities.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive team performance.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Experience
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in sales, insurance, banking, financial services, or business development.
  • Previous experience leading or supervising a sales team is an added advantage.

Remuneration
  • Gross Salary: UGX 2,000,000 per month, plus performance-based incentives (where applicable).
