Job Description

Responsibilities:

Program Implementation Support:

  • Assist in coordinating program activities across LGAs / project sites
  • Track workplans, milestones, and deliverables
  • Support logistics for trainings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements


Data Collection & Reporting:

  • Collect, clean, and compile program data (health indicators, service delivery metrics, etc.)
  • Maintain databases (Excel, DHIS2, EMR systems, and donor templates)
  • Prepare routine reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly)


Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E):

  • Support field monitoring visits and supervision activities
  • Assist in data validation and quality assurance
  • Contribute to performance tracking against KPIs and logframes


Documentation & Knowledge Management:

  • Prepare meeting minutes, briefs, and technical summaries
  • Maintain program documentation repositories
  • Support the development of policy briefs or technical reports


Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Liaise with LGAs, Ministries, partners, and implementing agencies
  • Support communication between program teams and external stakeholders
  • Assist in organizing donor or partner meetings


Compliance & Administrative Support:

  • Ensure activities align with donor guidelines (World Bank, WHO, etc.)
  • Support procurement documentation and activity budgets
  • Track utilization of program resources


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Informatics, Social Sciences, Project Management Or related field
  • 2 years in program management, preferably in Public health programs, NGO / donor-funded projects, Government or development sector
  • Strong data management (Excel, STATA, Google Sheets, DHIS2 etc
  • Basic understanding of M&E frameworks and indicator
  • Report writing and documentation skills
  • Good communication and stakeholder engagement ability
  • Organizational and multitasking skills
