<li>Passive Outage analysis, trouble shooting, RCA and reporting&nbsp;</li>
<li>Routine Power audits, checks and reporting&nbsp;</li>
<li>Preventive, Predictive &amp; corrective maintenance implementation and supervision&nbsp;</li>
<li>On site passive routine systems checks and reporting&nbsp;</li>
<li>Responsible and accountable for Passive spares at Core locations</li>
<li>RFI for new equipment addition&nbsp;</li>
<li>Redundant equipment removal&nbsp;</li>
<li>Equipment documentation</li>
<li>Redundancy assurance from rack level&nbsp;</li>
<li>Taking stock of customer (internal/external) requests</li>
<li>Reviewing customer requirements&nbsp;</li>
<li>Core location Access management</li>
<li>Monitors the performance of passive contractors and ensures delivery within the agreed SLAs</li>
<li>Activity planning, impact analysis and quality assurance&nbsp;</li>
<li>Make routine visits to review contractor performance</li>
<li>Ensures Core locations standards are adhered&nbsp;to by all Location users&nbsp;</li>
<li>Passive Survey and RFI support&nbsp;</li>
<li>Project BOQs Validation&nbsp;</li>
<li>Suggests and innovates OPEX reduction projects.</li>
<li>Implements, monitors and supervisors key OPEX reduction projects.</li>
<li>PUE improvement and maintenance&nbsp;</li>
<li>Fuel management and reporting&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to the company processes</li>
<li>Ensures compliance to partner contracts and escalates where improvements are required</li>
<li>Ensures Occupational health and safety standards adherence at all core locations&nbsp;</li>
<li>Data Centre and Telecommunication facilities standards assurance&nbsp;</li>
<li>TIER 3 + Standards assurance&nbsp;</li>
