If we remove them, we would be altering content. The instruction: "Preserve ALL original content word-for-word — do not add, remove, summarise, or rephrase". The phrase "Preserve ALL original content word-for-word" likely refers to the textual content, not the markup. So we should extract the plain text and then wrap in appropriate tags. However we must not add or remove any words. So we need to ensure we don't lose any words, but we can change formatting.
Thus we need to parse the given job description text, extract the plain text (removing any HTML tags), then output using

We need to preserve all text exactly. Let's extract the plain text sequentially.

We need to output HTML with ,
, - . No
. So we need to replace line breaks with tags appropriately.
We must preserve all textual content exactly, including spaces and punctuation. Let's extract the plain text in order.
I'll go through the input and write out the text as it appears, ignoring tags but preserving spaces and line breaks.
Start:
With 75 years of experience, our focus is on helping the most vulnerable children overcome poverty and experience fullness of life. We help children of all backgrounds, even in the most dangerous places, inspired by our Christian faith.
Come join our 31,000+ staff working in nearly 100 countries and share the joy of transforming vulnerable children’s life stories!
So text: "With 75 years of experience, our focus is on helping the most vulnerable children overcome poverty and experience fullness of life. We help children of all backgrounds, even in the most dangerous places, inspired by our Christian faith." then a line break (br) then another br then "Come join our 31,000+ staff working in nearly 100 countries and share the joy of transforming vulnerable children’s life stories!" Note the + is HTML entity for plus sign, should be '+'. We need to preserve the character as '+'. So "31,000+ staff". Good.

Now we need to produce HTML using only ,
, - . We need to decide which parts are section headers. The original headings: "Employee Contract Type:", "Job Description:", "Reports to", "Purpose of the position", "Key Result Areas:", "KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE", "Advert start date:", "Advert end date:", "Applicant Types Accepted:". Also there is a bullet list under "The purpose of the role shall specifically include:" which is a heading? It's a sentence ending with colon, not bold. Could treat as a
then list.
We need to use
for section headers (e.g., Responsibilities, Qualifications, Requirements, Education, Experience, Skills, How to Apply, Key Duties, About the Role). The given headings may not exactly match those examples, but we should treat any heading as . The instruction: "Use for section headers (e.g. Responsibilities, Qualifications, Requirements, Education, Experience, Skills, How to Apply, Key Duties, About the Role)". It implies we should use for any section header. So we will wrap each heading in . However we must preserve the text exactly, including the colon. So Employee Contract Type:
etc.
But we also have "Reports to:" and "Purpose of the position:" which are more like subheadings inside Job Description. Should they be ? Possibly yes, as they are headings. The instruction says use for section headers (e.g., Responsibilities, Qualifications, etc.). It doesn't forbid using for other headings. So we can use for all headings.
Now we need to decide what goes into
. Introductory paragraphs and general text. So the opening paragraph(s) before first heading should be
. Also any paragraph text that is not a heading or list item.
List items: we need to wrap each
- inside
- . The original already has
- but we need to output only
- tags, no extra attributes. We can keep the same
- structure, but we must ensure we don't have any other tags like inside list items? The original list items have no bold except maybe some? In the first list under "The purpose of the role shall specifically include:" there are no bold tags. In the Key Result Areas list, none. In the Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications list, there are some bold tags inside list items: e.g., "Practicing Christian " etc. Those are bold tags inside list items. We are not allowed to use because it's not in allowed tags. However we must preserve content word-for-word, which includes the bold tags? If we remove them, we lose the bold formatting but the text remains. The instruction says preserve ALL original content word-for-word — do not add, remove, summarise, or rephrase. If we remove tags, we are removing content (the tags). But maybe they consider the content as the textual content, not the markup. The earlier note about preserving content likely refers to the textual content, not the HTML tags. Since we are to output HTML, we can't keep the original tags if they are not allowed. So we must strip them out and just keep the text. That would be removing the tags, but the textual content remains. I think that's acceptable.
Similarly, there is an HTML entity + which we need to convert to '+'. That's a change but it's the same character. It's okay.
Also there are non-breaking spaces? Some spaces appear as regular spaces.
We also have "&" in "KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS". That's an HTML entity for &. We need to output the actual '&' character? The original text includes the entity; preserving content word-for-word would keep "&" but that's not the actual ampersand. However if we output "&" it's still the same meaning. I'd output "&" as the character. That's likely fine.
Now we need to produce final HTML.
Let's extract the plain text sections.
I'll go through and produce a list of elements in order.
1. Intro paragraph: "With
