Support logistical aspects of assessment activities, including scheduling, participant communication, access coordination, and stakeholder engagement. Ensure compliance with ethical, privacy, data protection, legislative, and professional requirements throughout all assessment processes, escalating complex or sensitive issues appropriately. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing evidence-based feedback, supporting practice reviews, and participating in talent and succession planning activities. Collaborate effectively with assessment teams, People stakeholders, line managers, and service providers to optimise assessment delivery and utilisation. Maintain professional knowledge, registration, and accreditations current to uphold high standards in assessment practice and service quality.

What you bring:

Excellent analytical judgement to integrate assessment data accurately and recognise when to escalate complex or non-standard matters. Effective communication skills to facilitate structured feedback discussions and explain assessment findings clearly to diverse stakeholders. Experience supporting talent, succession, career development or related initiatives through evidence-based assessment insights is preferred. Ability to maintain comprehensive and confidential records with meticulous attention to detail and data integrity.
